The Savannah Room honors the steamship Savannah. Sailing to Liverpool, England, from Savannah, Georgia in 1819, it was the first steamship to cross the Atlantic Ocean.

All of our rooms are upstairs and are furnished with a queen size, four-poster bed, antique armoire and chairs, period Savannah engravings and other memorabilia. The beds are dressed in handmade and vintage quilts, and the windows with silk black-out draperies. There is also a sitting area, small TV, ceiling fan and a fireplace retro-fitted with a blue-flame heater. This room has its own private full bath with walk-in shower. Rates range from $109 in the quiet season to $179 during the busy season. Busy season months are March-June and October-November.
